Film lesson: Schindler's List
This movie went into detail about what accured concerning the liquidation of the ghetto, the children and the camp's. It went into those detail's but mainly focused on Schindler and what part him and his factory played into saving lives.
Film lesson: Night and Fog
This movie did make a powerful inpact on me. It was a documantary about what exactly was the holocaust, what occured in the camps, and where it took place. Retracing the very step's of the train used to transport the jew's. Exploring the actual camp's. Even the very gas chamber's. I think that this movie showed it more effectivly because it went through the actual places, and in shindlers list they didn't use the exact scenary. The camp's and train's were all part of the movie. In Night and Fog the actual places where it accured were retraced.

Film Lesson"Gandhi"
Ghandi's method of non-violence was used to make a statement. When India was put in the public eye, they were viewed as a country struggeling to be free, and being beaten and abused by the english. They saw how strong the indians will was, that not even the worst of beating could stop them. When they were burning the tickets the indias had to walk around with as identification, the british soilders came and hit ghandi. But he did not stop.
